2. Platform Role & Responsibilities

stay4you.com provides a digital space for property owners to advertise. Our responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of the listing platform

• Ensuring clear communication of our non-agent role

• Providing tools for owners to showcase their accommodation or hospitality property

• Upholding platform security and basic user verification where appropriate

• Responding to lawful information requests from competent authorities

• Facilitate bookings

• Handle payments or deposits

• Issue invoices or booking confirmations

• Charge commissions

• Guarantee the performance or availability of listed properties

• Become a party to any rental or sale agreement

3. Direct Dealings Between Owners & Guests

All interactions between property owners and guests occur independently of stay4you. Users acknowledge that:

• Owners manage their own enquiries

• Guests confirm availability directly with owners

• All payments, refunds, and booking terms are agreed privately between both parties

stay4you is not involved in negotiations, contract formation, dispute resolution, or financial processing.

4. Compliance With International Digital Platform Regulations

Although stay4you is an advertising-only marketplace, we maintain awareness of regulatory frameworks affecting digital platforms, including:

6. No Financial Services or Payment Processing

stay4you does not partner with, integrate, or utilise any third-party financial service— including Booking Holdings Financial Services— for processing payments or managing funds.

All financial transactions remain strictly between guests and property owners.

7. Liability & Limitations

stay4you is not liable for:

• Cancellations, non-payment, or disputes between owners and guests

• Accuracy of property listings, availability, or pricing

• Losses arising from direct dealings between users

• Legal, tax, or regulatory obligations of property owners or guests

Users are responsible for complying with their own local laws regarding rentals, hospitality operations, and taxation.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

stay4you processes only the personal data necessary to operate the platform. We do not share user data with third parties except:

• When required by law

• Upon request from authorised regulatory bodies

• For essential platform functions such as hosting or security systems
